  • All items & price must be claimed in the live feed’s comment section

  • Host will announce & confirm who has won the claim

  • First to appear on the host’s screen wins the claim

    • Varying internet speeds & device lag cause live feed’s comments to appear differently on all devices - closing other open apps; moving closer to your modem; unlink other devices from wifi; closing & reopening Instagram

    • Comments are occasionally filtered out by Instagram - this is beyond our control

    • Ask about any discrepancies for claims or the workings of the live feed at anytime

    • Claim discrepancies will only be addressed during the live feed - determining the outcome of any live feed discrepancies is at the host’s discretion

  • Item requests during the live feed are welcomed - due to show time restraints & respecting other viewers; accepting requests may be paused by the host at any time

    • Requestor has first right of refusal - if passed on item is available to all

    • Multiple requests must be kept to a minimum  

Purchasing Live Feed Items:

  • Unsold live feed items may be claimed via Instagram messenger on a first come first serve basis

    • ​NOTE: Prices offered during live feed are not always honored or available once live feed ends​

  • Order change requests post live feed must be kept to a minimum - we will do our best to accommodate small edits​

    • Adding to your order is always welcomed!

Post Live Feed Sale Purchasing:
Invoicing & Payment of Live Feed Claims:

  • Email is required immediately after the show ends - send via Instagram messenger

  • Invoices are sent via paypal or quickbooks within 24 hours of receiving email

  • Payment is required within 24 hours of receiving invoice - non payees will be blocked on all platforms & denied future business

    • ​​Non payment will result in your items being restocked & available for purchase to all

    • ​Exceptions made if prior arrangements have been confirmed in writing prior to start of live feed​

Shipping: - Fast Payments Allow Fast Shipping!

  • Worldwide shipping available - Paid orders are packaged & shipped with tracking number within 2-3 business days of receiving payments - payments received Mon-Sat after 5pm EST will be considered as being received the following business day

  • Free domestic US shipping on orders over $100 

  • Shipping address & contact information must be current at the buyer’s responsibility

    • Additional shipping costs due to incorrectly provided shipping information will be at the cost of the buyer
    • Address changes or special shipping requests must be communicated clearly & quickly
    • Open boxes are available - must be requested by the buyer - must have fully paid invoices for items to be reserved as an open box
Returns & Exchanges:

  • Returns, damaged items, or package discrepancies must be initiated in writing by the buyer within 7 days of receiving your order

    • Note: For missing item inquires - many orders are shipped in multiple packages in order to provide the safest handling and delivery of your items

  • Video & picture documentation of the condition of the requested item for return is required

  • Returns due to shipping damages will be accepted as a return or exchange

  • Return requests may be accepted or denied at the discretion of Dedication Minerals

  • Return shipping costs, restocking or banking fees may be waived under circumstances deemed appropriate by Dedication Minerals

  • Returns due to personal circumstances, preference, or dissatisfaction if approved may result in shipping, banking & restocking fees

  • Items must be properly packaged for its return & must arrive in the condition in which it was received

    • Damages to returns due to improper packaging or negligence will be at cost to the buyer
